A clear path out, one settlement at a time.

Debt resolution isn’t magic — it’s method. Here’s the whole playbook, including the parts other companies mumble through.

The program

Four chapters between you and done

  1. The conversation

A certified debt specialist reviews your debts, income, and hardship — then lays out every route forward, with real numbers for each. If our program isn’t your best option, we’ll say so.

    Free · no credit impact
  2. The deposit

Instead of juggling minimums, you make one monthly deposit into an FDIC-insured dedicated account in your name. That growing balance becomes your negotiating power.

    You own the account
  3. The negotiations

Our team engages your creditors strategically — timing matters — and works each balance down. Every offer comes to you for approval before a dollar moves.

    Typical reductions are substantial
  4. The morning after

Account by account, the list gets shorter until it’s gone. You leave with resolved debts, a rebuild roadmap, and the monthly habit that will fund whatever comes next.

Is Reva right for you?

The program fits when…

You have $7,500 or more in unsecured debt — credit cards, personal loans, medical bills, collections. A genuine hardship (job loss, medical event, divorce, an income drop) has put minimums out of reach or close to it. And you can commit to a single monthly deposit that’s meaningfully smaller than the payments you’re juggling now.

Look elsewhere when…

Your debt is mostly secured (mortgage, auto) or federal student loans — those don’t qualify. Your credit is strong and your budget has room — a consolidation loan may cost you less. Or you need legal protection from an imminent lawsuit — talk to an attorney first. Whatever the answer, your consultation ends with a plan, even when it isn’t ours.

Program questions

The fine print, in large print

Still wondering about something?

Real people, real answers — no scripts, no pressure. Reach out and we’ll walk through your options together.

  • One deposit, once a month, into a dedicated savings account in your name. While that balance grows, our negotiators work your accounts — typically starting with the ones that will settle for the deepest reductions. When a creditor agrees to terms, we bring the deal to you. You approve it (or don’t), the settlement is paid from your account, and we move to the next one. You can watch every dollar move in your Reva dashboard.

  • Most members complete their program in 24 to 48 months, depending on how much debt they enroll and what monthly deposit fits their budget. Many finish sooner by adding a little extra when life allows — tax refunds and bonuses are popular accelerators. Compare that with minimum payments, which can keep a similar balance alive for decades.

  • Creditor and collector contact is normal early in the program — it is part of how collection works, not a sign something is wrong. As settlements are reached, the calls fade account by account. In the meantime we coach you on exactly what to say (and what not to), and federal law limits how and when collectors may contact you. If a collector crosses the line, tell us — we take it from there.

  • No — you choose what to enroll. That said, enrolling all of your qualifying unsecured debt usually gives the program the best odds, because progress on every front means no account is quietly growing in the background. Your debt specialist will walk through the trade-offs account by account before you decide.

  • In an FDIC-insured dedicated account opened in your name, at an independent bank. You own it, you control it, and you can see it anytime. Reva can’t touch those funds except to pay a settlement you have approved — and if you ever leave the program, the money in that account (minus any fees you already approved on completed settlements) goes home with you.

People who walked this exact path

My restaurant didn’t survive 2023; the loans I’d personally guaranteed almost took me with it. Everyone else offered me another loan. Reva offered me a way to owe less. I checked the dedicated account obsessively at first — every dollar was always exactly where they said it would be.

I’m 64 and I was looking at carrying card debt into retirement. Fourteen months. That’s all it took to clear what I’d been dragging around for a decade. I wish I’d called ten years sooner instead of being too proud.

Cancer treatment saved my life and wrecked my finances — $54,000 across hospital bills and the cards that filled the gaps. Reva’s team treated me with more gentleness than some of my own family did. Forty-one months later, I owe no one anything.

What sold me was that they talked me OUT of enrolling one account — said I could handle it cheaper on my own. Who does that? The rest they negotiated down while I made one payment I could actually afford on a teacher’s salary.

The divorce left me with debts on a single income, and the minimums alone were $900 a month. Reva cut my monthly outflow nearly in half from day one. When the first creditor agreed to settle for 55 cents on the dollar, I finally believed it was real.

The night before my first call I was hiding envelopes in a kitchen drawer. Two years later I watched the last settlement clear from my phone at my daughter’s soccer practice. I slept through the night for the first time in years — that’s what I actually bought here.
